I had my 4th baby there in Nov 2010 and they were fantastic. Midwives were fantastic and very caring. When things went a bit pear shaped for me and bub they were great as well. Feel free to pm me. Not sure on the baths tho. Think they are very limited

Thankyou for your reply, I really want to have an active birth this time, my last was with no drugs but they made me stay on the bed the whole time on a ctg, I just wanted to move but they wouldn't let me. This was at Bacchus marsh.

MissRose1 is right, one bath, so you may or may not get it. My gf did and loved it. Just a heads up they are "not supposed" to do water births

Hmmm thanks for your replys, now I need to make the decision lol, I'm thinking I just take a chance and go with werribee if I get in, if they are so into active birth as they say I'm definitely interested

I'd call and arrange to get in ASAP, see if you can get in with Dr Van Damm, she is the head OB and runs the free midwife clinic which is great; she's awesome. Otherwise at Werribee you have to pay for every visit and pay for the birth etc... I was lucky to get in with her, it is often booked out.
