well im a regular BH'r undercover atm, cos tbh i'm ashamed of myself
so i've always had a kinda been very down on myself...who knows why...so i've got a LO and im scared of what my LO will think of me when he's old enough to understand who i am and what i do sometimes...
so i'm overweight - and i have been since i can remember...and at times i'll go through phases of eating and then throwing everything up and then weighing myself before and after - and then i seem to b happy that oh yay there goes some weight...
i also used to self harm myself quite a bit and have scars up my arms from it, and i dont know how im ever going to explain it to DS if/when he asks - what am i going to say "oh that's just how i deal with things" wth...
i guess theres just some things i do that i hate and i dont know how to stop them, and im scared that DS will hate me one day for the things that i do to myself...
i just wanna stop all of my self harmin behaviours, but ive got no idea how to

Perhaps checking out Beyond Blue or The Butterfly Foundation online would be good first steps. Beyond Blue deals with depression, The Butterfly Foundation is for eating disorders.
If you're in a place where you can recognise how damaging this behaviour is, that's good news! So now is definitely the time to act. Going to the GP, talking to him/her and asking for a mental health plan is a good place to start as well. You do this because you're unhappy... and dealing with that will probably help you to stop doing it.
I went through a stage where I starved myself... then purged when I did eat... so I understand what it's like. I even documented on BH all those years ago (lovely, eh?).
