I'd put $95,000 on our mortgage and keep $5,000 in the offset account as savings.

We have virtually no savings left atm and it stress me out.

I would pay off the car and other debt - 40k
    Buy a little run around car - 5 k
Do the gardens and deck on the house (and other little bits) - 15k
And put the last 40k off homeloan..

Gee that would be so nice!

In our situation right now, would use most for a house deposit, buy myself a new car (nothing flash though, maybe 10k) and pay off debt (maybe 7k, can't remember)

    Right now ??

Pay off dp's loans, fix my car, go on a holiday to the gold coast theme parks and the rest would either be put in the bank to earn interest or used as a deposit for a house.

    A) I would put it straight onto my house mortgage which would leave my debt under 100k. That would then give us so many more options. We could pay our house off in 3 years then and own our house and then buy an investment property to rent out and use as a tax offset. Plus rent would pay the mortgage. So definietely option A.

We had a similar actual situation and put all of it on our mortgage. It meant our payments had gone down and we could save more money in general. We had then saved enough to buy a second nearly brand new car and saved enough to cover me while I have time off with second bub.
I feel with no mortgage you can do everything else that's on your list sooner or straight away so would always go that way!
