Default *please answer* my chicken question

I roasted a chicken on Thursday night and there is still a fair bit left. I was thinking I might make a stirfry and also steam some veg to make a few different frozen meals. Is it too late to do that??? So I chuck it out now??

I would use it tonight but that's it. I wouldn't make several meals out of it to use at a later date evenif you were going to freeze them.
