- How exactly do you cook your chicken breast? (mines always too dry.. I am not a good cook)

But all I do is boil water in a small saucepan until it really bubbling and then crack one egg in at a time. They always look like they are going to split apart into a mess but they come out great every time. I just scoop them out with a spoon and pop them on some paper towel. I don't use anything except water.
With chicken breast I usually roast a whole chicken and use the breasts for me and put the rest into other dishes. Otherwise I cook on a medium heat and often put into the oven for the last bit anyway. All of my frying pans can be transferred straight from the cooktop to the oven.

I'm sure everyone had seen this before but I thought I'd add my weight loss pic. I lost this weight by myself by changing s of my bad food habits and eating as clean as possible. I still had desserts here and there as well.

P.S: Love your eggs! I do the same except I put a good drop of vinegar in the water when it boils. It keeps the egg together.

A smoothie would be good. Porridge isn't too bad anyway I used to have that when losing weight and sometimes I'd just toss a few sultanas or dried cranberries in.
