    Congratulations! Can you share what foods you typically buy? I see you eat alot of mushroom, tomatoes, chicken breast, eggs etc.

    Fish
    Chicken
    Turkey
    Turkey mince
    Steak
    Lamb
    Pork
    Smoked salmon

    Heaps of fresh veg like
    asparagus
    beans
    brocollini
    zuchinni
    pumpkin
    carrot
    corn
    sweet potato

    Salad like
    baby spinach
    cherry tomatoes
    mushroom
    cucumber
    radish
    shallots
    avocado

    Fruit like
    banana
    strawberries
    raspberries
    blueberries (when available)
    orange
    pear
    fresh dates

    pine nuts
    slivered almonds
    rolled oats
    ryvita crackers
    chai seed
    spreadable fruit (St Dalfours Red Raspberry)

    eggs
    natural greek yoghurt
    low fat cottage cheese
    trim milk

    I also buy a few extra things for my kids to eat.

    I still have couscous every now and then as well and seedy bread

    I really need to pull my finger out and stick to a healthier eating lifestyle, the stuff you buy looks like stuff I'd normally eat, just have to try and be more creative with making healthy food taste nice and not so boring. Do you get recipes off the net or did you buy a book?

    I just make up my own. Like I just cook what I think will taste nice and it just tends to work out. I'm having a beer as I type now though - not good!!!
