Heaps of fresh veg like
blueberries (when available)
spreadable fruit (St Dalfours Red Raspberry)
natural greek yoghurt
low fat cottage cheese
I also buy a few extra things for my kids to eat.
I still have couscous every now and then as well and seedy bread

I really need to pull my finger out and stick to a healthier eating lifestyle, the stuff you buy looks like stuff I'd normally eat, just have to try and be more creative with making healthy food taste nice and not so boring. Do you get recipes off the net or did you buy a book?
