    Default My clean eating progress pics

    Dinner! Moroccan spiced pork medallions with a nommy salad

    I keep not taking photos of lunch and breakfast because I'm always in a rush, but breakfast was oats with banana, strawberries and natural yoghurt.

    Lunch was a homemade chicken caeser salad wrap with only a little bit of dressing, I swear!

    Ill just tell you it all lol
    Banana berry smoothie for breakfast
    Salad for lunch with strawberry, grapefruit, walnuts, cottage cheese, red onion, baby spinach leaves and balsamic vinegar
    Home made guacamole and rye sorj wrap chips for a snack
    And baked chicken breat, baked sweet potato chips and broccoli for dinner

    Thanks for this tread its great to have support and motivation, I'm not brave enough to post progress pics yet but I lost 3.2 kgs this week and feel great!

    No worries at all!! I've totally fallen off track lately which is so unlike me. I think the stress of moving is getting to me!! But it's all done and dusted now so I'll be looking at this thread again for inspiration. Well done to all those eating clean

    Day 5 - Brekky: Banana, strawberry & frozen berries smoothie
    Lunch - Subway- Wheat bread with lettuce, tomato, cucumber, capsicum, onion and carrot
    Snack: Ryvita crackers with cottage cheese, tomato and cucumber
    Dinner: Chicken meatballs in tomato sauce with roasted zucchini, capsicum and onion

    Breakfast - banana, strawberries and kiwi with natural Greek yoghurt.

    Lunch - ham, avocado and salad sandwich on whole grain bread.

    Dinner - garlic chilli prawns on a warm pumpkin, mushroom and asparagus salad.
