oh btw ladies there is a differance between natural yoghurt and greek yoghurt. natural is kind of likke sour cream. and greek yoghurt is the one that you use with brekkie and fruit. thats probs why some of you had sour breakies. lol. greek yoghurt has the swirl of fruit in it (you can get it plain too which is what i do) hope that helps. oh and they arent in the same section as eachother in thw shops.

There's also natural Greek yoghurt - which is what I buy. It's in the same section as the natural yoghurt and is pretty similar in taste but I find the sourness a bit blander. It's not yummy like normal Greek yoghurt or vanilla yoghurt that you find with all the other ones. But it's better when clean eating. It's not something I can eat on its own those. It's way too tangy for that!!

I only started 2 days ago and havent gone as 'clean' as most (i do need to go shoppig) but I am going a heck of a lot better than usual 😄

Here's my breakfast from this morning.. Much better than my usual croissant and iced coffee on the run 😳

Woo hoo shanandboc that's awesome. My weigh in day Monday Aghh. Tonight's dessert, mug cake (egg whites, choc protein powder, cacao, water) with natural Greek yog and strawberries. for a little extra added a teaspoon on natural organic peanut butter in the middle of the mug cake before I cooked it. Couldn't even finish half of it tho.
