You would me amazed at how much skim or lite milk mucks around with your hormones. After a number of failed IVF cycles I was looking at different food and drink options that could affect implantation and therre are a couple of studies done on the issues with low fat milk. The process that takes out the fat also removes a lot of the female hormones that are a standard part of milk. If you drink a fair bit of milk then this can throw your hormones out of what a lot. I drink about 2-3 glasses a day, switched to full cream, IVF cycle worked. On the days/weeks that I drank lite milk because I ran out of full cream my progesterone levels plummeted.

The poached eggs didn't work out for me they just fell apart when I put them in.
Here is my dinner - lentils, beetroot, baby spinach, red onion, garlic warm salad. I also had some tuna with it.
