    Lol i actually looked through my clean eating pics from the last 2.5 weeks and im eating 1 slice of rye bread every second day when i average it out. I still lost a good ,healthy amount of weight too

    Compared to the amount of bread i used to eat and sometimes white bread thats a HUGE improvement.

    Might cut it down a bit more now. Thought i was eating it less than that!!

    Oh I eat wholegrain bread.. What I mean by rarely is once twice a week as well

    I dont like wholemeal pasta other wise I might be bothered to eat that too

    Oh and I personally cut down on starchy veggies like potato and corn.. Not cut out just eat much less than all otger veggies + sweet potato

    Well ladies, i have been eating clean Since april last years (have lost a lot) its been awesome etc... Have kept it up for most of my pregnancy but the last 5 weeks or so, have developed major sweet tooth and berries with yogurt didnt cut it. *throws out the nutella jar*


    Back on track starting today tho, with the exception that for breakfast i have an up n go. It's worked well for me all this time so im not ready to give it up, its the only calcium i can stomach..

    Not looking to lose weight obviously as im growing a bebe, but want to tidy up my eating for health and happyness

    What does everyones clean eating shopping list look like? And do you find it's more expensive then what your shopping cost before?

    I find it a little more expensive for the actual items. Healthy food is more expensive than junk but then im eating alot less full stop so works out about the same Most of my list is fruit and veg now!!
