Thanks Nicole, that be great!
I thought it may be more costly as I wouldn't have reached my safety net with medicare then where as this year I have.

I am a newbie to all this!
I haven't done a cycle yet, only have enough money for one cycle.
Prior to Wazza'a appt were you with QFG or elsewhere?? What were there costs, if you don't mind me asking?? I have no idea and feel so confused and bombared with info and since I am alone I don't know who to turn to for the best advice (hence why I am on this site!!)

Good fertility specialists in Brisbane area PLEASE????
His words: "I'm a two embie man". He has always suggested two for us and we have already got one bfp with our dd! She was from a double transfer and I don't regret it for a second. We'll never know which one she was. And have always gone with two on our last few failed stims.

I have to say my partner and I do love doc wazza. We'd been with two other FS in QFG and finally ended up going to Wazza instead early in the year.
He managed to diagnose me immediately with PCO (something both previous FS had completely missed), and he suggested for my PCO that it might be better to go with a long down protocol instead. My partner absolutely loved him mainly because it felt like his sole interest was to get us pregnant and he'd do anything to get us there, plus he just seemed like he had a really good plan of attack for us. He was just absolutely lovely.
Even accounting for my age (30) he still did suggest going for a 2 blasto transfer because as he says "you're here to get babies and thats the long and short of it all." We were happy to go down that track but I think on the day of the embryo transfer because our fresh blasto was of such a high quality (a 6AA) he recommended doing just one transfer instead...and I was so doped up on valium I happily agreed to everything haha. It all turned out well actually as we're currently pregnant with that one blasto so we're not complaining!
We do absolutely love Doc Wazza and hope he continues staying un-retired!!!

Good fertility specialists in Brisbane area PLEASE????
Hi Stormgirl, we are with Glenn Sterling and we are so happy with him. He has just recently attended the reproductive medicine conference in Istanbul and he altered our protocol according to the latest research - which saved me from hospitalization after a 31 egg pick up. I love knowing he is up to date with the latest research and we have a lot of trust in him. We are in our TWW after some stumbling blocks along the way, I wouldn't contemplate going to see anyone else as we have been so well cared for by Glenn and the team at Life Fertility and he definitely knows what he's talking about and doing (he's been right each step of the journey). Good luck with your journey, if you stick with Glenn I'm sure you'll be happy you did.

Thanks workingmumma.
I am so torn between DeAmbrosis and Sterling. I have appt with nurses at Life soon so after that I will make my decision. It is so hard as I have heard great about both of them but probably more so Warren. I only have ONE chance at this so it is going to be a tough decision I think!
