I totally went off red meat as in steak, or casseroles etc. but burgers were okay and can now stomach lamb roast or chops. But not beef at all. I actually spat it out twice when I cooked a casserole and a stir fry. Yuck. Still off it at nearly 19 weeks.
As for your morning sickness... Mine came back at 14/15 weeks and has eased off with the odd moment. I had all day nausea and really struggled early on.

Yep. Me too. If i think of red meat or tuna i can almost make myself sick!
