    We use corn flour here too! I had used every cream under the sun and corn flour was by far the best (and cheapest!!)

    I swear by the Curash Medicated Family Powder for nappy rash!! Also fantastic for heat rash or chaffing in older kids/adults. It's in the blue container rather than the regular white one =)
