I am currently 12 weeks with my first pregnancy and I have just started feeling very uncomfortable in jeans. I am not expecting an obvious belly for another month or so yet, but I am going to buy some maternity jeans this weekend so I don't have to walk around with my pants undone all the time!

At eight weeks, bras and pants didn't fit anymore. So I bought maternity jeans. :-) so comfy

With my first i didn't grow a belly for ages and wore my normal pants until i was around 6-7 months pregnant (had very strong stomach muscles back then).
With my second i had a noticeable belly by 24 weeks.
On to my third i am only 8 weeks and bloating a lot, still fit into my normal pants though. I am going to guess i'll show earlier though being my third.
It is different for everyone.

I found that my jeans got really uncomfortable at around 8 weeks but that was just bloating. It settled down and I started wearing maternity pants at about 20 weeks. I didn't put any weight on until about 20 weeks either. If you feel like you're already getting a bump it's most likely bloating.
