Default Should I cancel my cycle?

So I'm doing OI with IUI. My last scan showed 1 follie but today I have 3. My FS said there is a risk of multiples but it's low... What should I do? I couldnt cope with 3 babies, twins would be ok but not 3!

Was one follicle bigger or more dominant. When I did iui I had a bigger follicle that was on schedule and one that was smaller so not going to mature for iui day.

Personally I would go ahead with it, I tend to get 2 follies each time and have only had a chemical pregnancy. But I wouldn't go any higher than 3
