So I'm considering changing FS.
My question is, am I allowed to request a copy of my file from my "old" FS to have with me so I don't have to completely start over?????

yep, they should transfer your complete file...it's YOUR information!

I asked for a copy of all our records (tests, IVF cycles and embryologist report on your embryo's). Some clinics may charge a small fee. You could ask them to transfer the files (not sure) but since I changed clinics I couldn't be bothered with questions. Also now I have the information with me for reference.
