    Default Yellowing teeth...blegh!

    Sorry, this is gross!

I have noticed that my teeth has become realy yellow during this prg. Has anyone else experienced this? Dh says he thinks it is because of all the meds i am on(adalat, one a day AB's ect) or the iron. Does anyone know what it could be,and will it be fixable?

My teeth are now yellow as well! And I'm not taking any medication, someone told me its because the baby is taking all the nutrients? Not sure

You probably need to increase your calcium, vitamin D and magnesium...these make up the foundations of your teeth, and are used by baby to form bones. Your body will give these vitamins to the baby over the health of your teeth!

My vit D was low, so they gave me a suplement, tested again and it was still low so now I take x3 the dose. Any specific way of taking Vit D to increase absorbency?
