Bonkers is offline wishes she was a glow worm. A glow worm's never glum, 'cos how can you be grumpy when the sun shines out of your bum?

This is true! and really I'd have no trouble doing any of those things at 40 weeks, so Gaga it is!
Let's hope now that bubba decides to stay put until after the concert

I physically wouldn't have managed it, but if you're ok and it's this weekend, then go for it! As someone said, you are pregnant not sick!

Make a Tshirt saying 'baby monster inside' or 'my baby goes gaga for Gaga'... Or something like that..

Perhaps ring the venue and maybe they might stick you in the VIP area or something? :P

The funny thing is DH and I nick named our baby tummy monster from the start, so those tees would be perfect! haha It would be awesome if I could get us into the VIP section based on the bump! I should try!

Good on you SS. Hope that you have an awesome time and it will help shake your belly bubba out. I went to see a friends band play 4 days beforehand due date in the hope that it would hurry our little one along no such luck but was a great night out before he came.

Yeah i'd give it a crack!
Remembering you could end up totally exhausted afterwards or tire out and have to leave before it's even finished.
I went to a wedding at 36 weeks and had to leave 1/4 way thru the reception - i just couldnt do it, i was so tired. My back was killing and my whole belly ached. I couldnt get comfy on a seat, i was having to get up and manovere around everyone to pee every 20mins - It was a horrible feeling. i ended up in tears back at the motel because i was so exhausted. Thankgod dh was there for me.

Not to say this will happen to you! but just cautioning you.

If you feel upto it and are feeling pretty good then have yourself a fab night! hey, it might even bring on labour sooner than later! hehe!

I agree with this - if you feel up for it, do it, but there's no way I could do it. I went to a wedding at 34 weeks and was wrecked. And then DS was born two weeks early anyway!
