I didn't know I was pregnant lt time I got pregnant. It unfortunately ended in an ectopic. Basically, I got my proper period at the right time. Then 2 weeks later I had quite heavy bleeding which I never normallY get mid cycle. All of sudden I remembered the heartburn I had the night before and something clicked inside my head...the last time I had heartburn was when pregnant with DS. So I did a HPT and it was the biggest fattest BFP you've ever seen. I went it to shock and rushed to emergency, then had to wait 48 hours to confirm levels and then have an internal scan. Obviously it wasn't good news but in a way I was glad it happened that way so I didn't have the initial excitement of a BFP and having it end in an ectopic.

My DS and this current pregnancy I found out 7DPO so although I didnt 'know' we were trying and I just test WAY to early. I did get symptoms though from pretty much then on.
BUT we started trying for #2 as of August last year, I had AF in August, and again in September, late and very light but it did arrive (did numerous HPTS all negative when it was late), same again in October, had stomach pain early November and for some reason thought I would do a HPT, got a pos. Which ended up in a confirmed ectopic pregnancy, and right tube removed after having a 'dating' scan (i had a dating scan pretty much immediately though as I had a very tender stomach, turned out my tender stoamach was my already ruptured tube).
Soooo, I was pregnant, and didnt know, and got neg hpts, and light periods for 2 months...

We weren't trying with this pregnancy (#2), and my cycle is all over the shop normally so a 60 day cycle is not uncommon. I had my dating scan and found out I was 10 weeks along. I didn't start showing till 17-18 weeks and hadn't put on any weight at all till then, so a good chance I may not have found out for months if I didn't have morning sickness. But to be honest my sister had been sick the week before and had similar symptons so still waited an extra week before even testing.
But being 30 weeks now and it makes me think how can you not know. The bub kicking gets so strong now and the rolling round is no noticeable. I can understand the size and the showing maybe to other people especially cos I still had to tell people at 25 weeks that I was pregnant. But I'm so surprised people say they don't feel it.

I've been pregnant 8 times and knew before I was due for my period each time.
I'm always SO gobsmacked people can be 20+ weeks and not know!!! DD used to kick the daylights out of me!!

I didn't know I was UTD until 20 weeks! AF was never anything like regular due to playing around with the pill in my youth. I had only vomitted a handful of times, and I thought I was just getting fat! I had some really odd stomach pains for a few days and decided to do a test after joking around with a friend. 2 HPTs later and the doctor confirmed I was around 21 weeks. A bit of a shock to all involved!

The only reason I knew I was UTD recently was when DD started fussing at the breast if she hadn't of I wouldn't of found out until much later, I had MS but didn't click that it was MS, you'd think I'd know after 3 kids lol

With my son, I didnt know til I was 21 weeks. I hadnt put on any weight, I never got af due to pcos, no morning sickness, no hearburn, hadnt started feeling movement. I had started feeling really bloated, I hadnt been eating well or looking after myself. I decided i'd do a detox, but had this instinct to do a hpt first, "just in case". Massive shock seeing those two lines, then being told I was at least 20 weeks along!

My good friend had severe stomach cramps and thought she was ill, they got so bad a friend took her to ED. The doctor examined her and told her she was 8cms dialated - she said 'what does that mean' and the doctor explained, then realised she had no idea she was pregnant, she called her fiance and the baby arrived a few hours later.
She was a muscular girl (high ropes instructor at an outdoor pursuits camp) and definitely not fat. She'd gotten a light period a few times and because she has PCOS she doesn't get them regular anyway. She was walking around in her lingerie at a hens do weeks earlier and still had a pancake stomach, the doctors think her strong stomach muscles held the baby in.
Baby was full term and 9 pounds I think.
A few days later she shocked everyone by walking down the aisle at her wedding carrying her newborn that no one knew about.
