    Default Gliders? Worth it? Best ones?

    I'm tossing up whether to invest in a glider chair for breastfeeding in the baby's room at night. I really like the idea of not having to bring him out into the action and lights in the living area and they do seem very comfy, but they're pretty expensive for a luxury item, so I'm tossing up whether it would be worth the money.

    Any suggestions on good brands would be great. If I'm going to lash out on one, I'd like to buy something decent. Something that comes in grey would be even better, although I've only ever seen them in black or sand colour.

    You could try EBay? I bought a padded rocking chair with a gliding ottoman that cost around $150 & worked great.

    I love my glider but we've moved to a smaller house and I don't have the room anymore! But bub did love snuggling up with me while I rocked..

    Whereabouts are you? I'm thinking of selling mine

    I have a black one it is awesome it is so comfortable. I don't know where you live but can normally pick a good one up second hand for cheap or check out local baby shop

    I second Ebay. I got a fantastic used one for $90 (glider chair and ottoman), a few years old but in perfect condition. Haven't tested it out as such yet but did get lots of use out of my old wooden rocking chair with my first 2 kids - unfortunately I gave it away to my sister for her bub before I knew I was expecting #3!
