    Well done we seem to weigh the same a lot of the weeks

    What was your goal weight if you don't mind me asking

    Originally mine was 59 but I'm thinking I might aim for 65 but I will just see

    Monday I'm back to using the elliptical trainer

    Bunkx I am aiming for 65 at the
    moment but according to my height 157cm I think 62 is the largest I should be!

    I am aiming for 65 kilos but according to my height 157cm the most I can weigh is 62 kilos!

    Im 160cm and bmi says 64.0kg is the biggest I can be, but I think if I'm eating healthy and exercising it will be fine to be 65 but how knows might be able to lose more just have to see
