Default First response early result vs first response dip and read

Can someone please tell me the sensitivity of each? Are the dip and read ones less sensitive? I have been getting clear positives on early result ones since 14dpo but I tested with a dip and read this morning too and its an extremely faint positive....I am so scared of a chemical. Ive also had spotting (very light) since my bfp. My blood test is in two days
