San remo is definitely the best pasta we've tried, DP eats it and doesn't even notice - or he hasn't complained anyway!
Doesn't reheat very well tho, but what pasta does.
White wings is my favourite of the flours, I use it just like ordinary flour and haven't ever had a problem

we buy gluten free pasta because it is also egg free. I found the tastiest and less sticky to be the woolworths and coles organic range. I've tried san remo and orgran and the organic is most like 'normal' pasta. I don't know if they are gluten free but woolies also have a gluten free range you could try

I love the Buen Tempo spirals and love the San Remo Fettucini/macaroni.
Flourwise I often use FG Roberts (which is a green, gold and white 1 kg bag. Lately family members have been using white wings when baking things for me (cookies and cheese sauce for lasagne) and it seems to be quite good too
