    Sudden craving for tuna mornay for dinner.... anyone got a tried and tested recipe?

    I normally use a cheap tin of tuna in water (not the small tin but the bigger ones) a tin of corn kernals, make a white sauce, or if I am lazy a jar of bechamal sauce warmed in a pot with a bit of salt, pepper & a little bit of cheese. Chuck it all in an oven proof dish with breadcrumbs & parmasean cheese & bake for about 20mins
