Good luck. I can't think of a more delicious sounding way to help things move along!

I had one at about 41+1 and it didn't do anything. I had it on the Friday morning and nothing happened over the weekend and then I went into labor naturally on Monday morning... I doubt the S&S had anything to do with it...

I planned to go out on the Saturday night to a place that has THE BIGGEST and BEST deserts EVER and the callories woudln't have counted because it was a strategy to get baby to come out. I would have been 11 days over. DD came on the Friday! My strategy worked

I had an internal with dd1, to check for dialation at 39+6, I was 3 cms. Period pain started a few hours later, continued all night, then actual contractions started the following day, 24 hours after internal. Dd born at 5.11pm.

Dd2, had stretch and sweep done at 39+4, the midwife tried to do a really good one, as was about to be induced for pelvic instability and very small fundal height. Didn't work, had stop start labour for days before induction via ARM at 40+3.

I really hope bub comes soon, so exciting!
