Default Party Favour Ideas for Kids Aged 1-4

So, as the title suggests, DD2 is turning one in August and I am wondering what other mums put in party favour bags (nothing excessive)... I did a lot for DD1, which was great but don't want to do exactly the same. So far I have:

    board book
    bubbles
    mini rubber duck
balloons (also one blown up and on a stick sticking out of the bag)
    freddos (for the parents, LOL)

So, what else do you do?

    TIA.

I am thinking of making play dough and putting it in little take home containers for my DDs birthday.

I was also looking at making shaped crayons from melted down old crayons. There are heaps of sites online which show you how to do it.

Spotlight sell party packs in the 'spartys' section. They have glasses, those hand clapper toys, and a heap of other little toys all in one pack. I think it has eight or ten of each toy.

We did that instead of lollies for DS first birthday

Seed packets are an awesome idea! My kids love growing from seeds - we just grew the biggest sunflowers!

We had DD first birthday party last weekend and all kids were 16 months and under so for favours we did little boats for the bath (from big w 3 for $3) and a board book (and choc and lollies for the parents / big kids)

I really hate party bags filled with junk..I always throw it out...like crappy plastic toys.
I do bubble wands ($1 from big w) stickers and temp tattoos and lollies.

I just had dds party and these are somethings I put in hers that are different to the usual.

    -a tiny notepad
-I got a box of crayons (the small box you get like 24 for 99c) and divide them into the bags
-I got pacer pencils (6 for $2) you know the ones you press the top and the pencil gets longer
    -Jelly sticks (or jelly cups)
    -glow sticks
I got one of those small pads of stickers from a cheapy store for $2 and put 1 sheet in each bag
    -balloons, mini flute, party blower
lollies that are in wrapper. Mini choc I did fun size maltesers/ milky way and caramelo koala

Thats all I can think of. To get ideas I just looked in cheapy stores for things that came in mult packs or that I could divide. I did the multi pack of loot toys last year and hated it. It was all crap. So this year I just brought a bit of this and that. Was fun. I love the idea of the packets of seeds.
