Default Any other Real Estate mums out there?

I would love to hear from any other mummies who are Sales Consultants/Real Estate Agents. How do you manage your time, share some tips on finding the right balance family/work.

I am in Sales with Harcourts so if there are any other fellow harcourts gals out there lets work together to set up a mums n bubs group within the franchise, I am already a member of the Harcourts Young Professionals group (even though I fall out of the age bracket by 2 years but meh....) but I think it would be great to set up a group for us working mums where we can share our tips, catch up at awards functions etc.....

I am in Sydney, we own our own independent office and I am currently not working full time ( very happy SAHM!) but do the odd listing now and then if it's an old client or referral and still go in for sales meetings etc
I'd love to know how you work full time in sales with kids?

Have you had any real estate sales experience at all? It will be really hard to start fresh in sales if you have never done it before with a baby! It usually takes years to build up a client base plus the hours are not 9-5 so you will need someone available to watch bubba for you for your night time/weekend appointments
