    She won't eat anything with a sauce covering, not even bolognaise, doesn't eat savory pikelets/pancakes, only eats the pastry on quiches or pies... And she won't even touch a stir fry or casserole.

    She's just a bugger with food.
    If she had her way she'd eat plain pasta with grated cheese, or sausages or chicken wings for every meal..

    Thats a shame! Would she drink a smoothie/fruit shake? You could add some goodness in there? I would just try and ensure she is eating and get a vitamin in case - my DS takes a blackmore vitamin for kids. Just check the bottles because the ingredients vary - some have iron etc and some dont and the dosage are all different. If you can get to a naturopath that would be most helpful..my old naturopath recommended Thompsons brand vitamins.
