    Thanks cooking monster that is very interesting. Am I right in saying that Liddells is the only fructose friendly lactose free yoghurt? Em

    Sorry just found this now. Not sure if you still need this info but the only yoghurt that I found suitable for my DD was black swan Greek style breakfast yoghurt as it is lactose free and has no sugar added. The liddels one has quite a lot of sugar so wasn't suitable for my DD.
    Not sure if this is relevant for your child but I recently heard that there is a strong link between fructose intolerance and coeliac disease and my DD got diagnosed today. Just something for you to keep in mind.
