Why not have Coco as the middle name, it is becoming quite popular. Other suggestions, Jade, Lily, Ruby if u dont use for firstname.
As far as lastnames, im a bit traditional and think kids take their fathers surname so I cant advise on that. Good luck.

Last part first. I think you should use both surnames. Personally I prefer a space (no hyphen) and to use the latino convention of the fathers surname followed by the mothers surname.

The child can drop one for common usage if preferred.

Okay, now for one syllable middle names for a girl. How about
    Ann
    Belle
    Dot
    Jane
    Jean
    Joan
    Kay
    Kim
    Viv

    One syllable boys names.
    John
    Sean
    Brad
    Zack
    Luke
    Finn

I like Ruby for a first name - not keen on Milla or Jacinta

I also agree you should use the fathers name as the surname - I cannot stand hyphenated names

Why not use your surname as a middle name if it's a girl?

I don't like Sebastian or Hunter, sorry! Really like Jack as a middle name.

    Other one syllable middle names

    Girls
    Anne
    Belle
    Lee
    Faith
    Hope
    Rae

    Boys
    Luke
    Tom
    Drew
    Sam
    Mark
    Ben
    Finn
