Tongues down throat, hands creeping up thighs, hands under clothing and all this happening in the food court middle of the day as my kids try to enjoy a happy meal. Eugh, get a room.
Holding hands, quick hug, little pecks of kisses here and there. Fine.

It's not just the physical that can inappropriate, my MIL always says gross stuff to FIL.
We don't see them very often any more, but a few old ones I can remember are MIL leaning over and dipping her strawberry in FIL cream and saying Oh look some of your gooey, sticky cream got all over my juicy, red strawberry, or she will put steak on his plate and say I'm givin you a bit of beef now and you can give me a bit of beef later tonight. Ooooohhhh so gross!

It's not about there not being enough hours in the day or even about proving to others that DH and I are together. I'm a very affectionate person so when we're out, I'm always hugging DH and giving him quick kisses just because that's what I do.
I draw the line a French kissing in public. Tongues are for private kissing, not public kissing!
