Meanwhile I have a colleague who regularly eats cake for breakfast and she has a gorgeous figure. I try to tell myself it's because she is 7 years younger than me...

    much better to have about 5/6 small meal/snacks in the day ..then this 3 full meals crap!!..keeps weight down to ..if your eating the right stuff!!
