Same here, DD's two faves are butter chicken as well as spaghetti and meatballs.

My DS is almost six and still refuses to eat whatever we are, the only thing we eat as a family and fish and chips, or Chinese...

My family are jerks. lol. I say that with love, but they seriously are.

There's no one meal I make that everyone loves.

We all eat the same meal.

Kids faves are Tuna Mornay, Tuna Patties, Tacos (I make with small tortillas).

    But mostly they eat everything.

It's a Indian butter chicken recipe that I modified a little to make it a bit healthier and kid friendly! it serves 4 with some left over for DH lunch the next day! It looks like a lot of ingredients and work but I do it all in 30 mins!

    Ingredients:
1 large chicken breast ( free range or organic ) cut into thin strips
    1 clove garlic
    Small knob ginger
    Garam Marsala
    1 small tub Greek yogurt
    Turmeric
    Cumin
    Fresh coriander root and leaves
    1 brown onion- chopped finely
    1 tin crushed tomatoes
    1 carton of cream
    2 tablespoons tomato paste
    Green beans , sliced
Chili ( I add at end once I have dished out DS portion)
    Basmati or jasmine rice

    1. Marinate chicken in yogurt, ginger, 1 teaspoon each of turmeric and garam masala
    2. Put rice on
    3. Put olive oil in big heavy based pan, add onion, garlic, 1 teaspoon of cumin and turmeric, coriander roots, tomato paste and 4 teaspoons of garam Marsala - cook about 5 mind on medium heat
    4. add crushed tomatoes and turn down heat and cook another 5 mins
    5. Add cream and fresh coriander leaves , beans and mix
6 While sauce is cooking either stirfry or grill chicken pieces separately until just cooked then put into sauce - cook for another 5 mins and serve over rice!
    7. I add chili to our after - I just add more or less spices to taste!

I actually don't eat chicken so before I add cooked chicken to sauce I take my sauce portion out and either have with a grilled piece of white fish or prawns
