    Signed.

But I am confused why this is a worldwide petition rather than a national petition.

I don't know enough about it either way, is there something I can read somewhere?

I got the impression that a check similar to this happens at 4 years anyway and that it's just being brought earlier?

I also read its not about being scared of the dark etc. or medicating children. Depends how the media spins it. I thought it was about getting in early and identifying kids who may have autism etc. so they can get early intervention and the best start to life possible. I'm not against this and I have a 3-4 year old girl.

    Am I wrong?
