    I like Greens cake mixes.

I have been baking today for DD1's 13th Birthday Party this weekend. Did a big (2x cake mix) chocolate round cake and some Vanilla cup cakes to freeze. DD1 and I also made the little decorations out of the Orchard Icing ready for her cakes. We will ice them on Saturday.

Betty Crocker Strawberry Cake. I put the chocolate icing on it and it tastes like a strawberry freddo. Yum!

Aldi's chocolate mud cake. It has real choc chips in it. Sometimes I add peppermint essence to the mixture/icing for a choc mint flavours, or squeeze of fresh orange/orange rind for a Jaffa flavour. The icing is made with choc chips and cream....it's delicious.

I love baking from scratch but I have to say Betty Crocker's vanilla cupcakes are delish. And the frosting in the tub is to die for. I eat it straight of the tub with my finger if I have it in the fridge :-/

I haven't had any packet mixes in a while, so I don't really have a favourite.
However, I'm generally only a fan of chocolate cakes. I always add extra cocoa & some vanilla extract to mixes, and they usually turn out quite nice.
