I love how many people love this movie! If I was told I could only ever watch one movie for the rest of my life, I would pick Labyrinth!

The ball scene was definitely my favourite as a kid! I kept hoping the ending would change and she'd choose Jareth lol! Am I the only one who feels sorry for him at the end when everyone else is partying in Sarah's room and he's alone outside?

Nope your not alone. As a kid (and even now) I used to hope the same thing, that the it would change and she would pick the bad boy over the 'happy ending' he just looked so lonely! *side thought* maybe watching this movie obsessively as a child fueled my adult attraction to bad boys....damn you labyrinth!!!!

ROFL pink! I think you could be right! Who doesn't love a great bad boy?

I mean, if you watch it objectively, Jareth is just outright mean to anyone who isn't Sarah. That being said, at the end he points out that he's just living up to her expectations of him, so I like to think that there's a nicer side of him that we don't get to see!

Okay, in my searches to find the movie that this novel came from, I found this page: http://www.crazyattic.com/tgl/novel6.htm.

Now I have a .doc version on my phone to read later! Apparently it's gone out of print but you can buy it from Amazon for the bargain price of $550 for a good copy.

"Just fear me, love me, do as I say, and I will be your slave."

Doesn't make any bit of sense that HE would be the slave if I'm doing the fearing and the loving, unless he meant a different kind of slave.....
    Hooo yeah
Not for kids this film, 50 shades of Grey get in line, this is the original Mammy P*rn hahaha. I doubt it will get remade with the same script these days

ROFL! Some of his outfits definitely fit right in to a dom/sub scenario!

Man, after watching that video, I do want another Labyrinth movie! A sequel, though, with Sarah re-entering the Labyrinth as an adult!

I love love this movie! Right from when I first watched it in English class in 1987!

And my 7 year old DD loves it too!

Did I want Sarah to end up with Jareth? YES,

Am I attracted to bad boys? You bet!

I didn't know there were so many fans. When ever I mention no one knows what it is. This has been my favourite movie since I was like 7 every time we went to hire movies my sister and I got to choose one each I'd always pick labyrinth! (on VCR lol) I'm dying to watch it now. My favourite line was-
    Allo
    Did you just say hello
Nah I said allo but close enough!
