    I use a woombie, but I also double swaddle the arms with a normal muslin wrap because DS wakes if he can bend his arms. So I swaddle the arms them put the woombie over it.

    I also have a wrap me up, but it is distracts my DS having his hands near his face.

    He was fine. I just pop him in a sleeping bag and I fold the hands down on his wonder suit. He now associates the sleeping bag with bed time. If you are worried you could always start the transition and put sleepy wings on bub to start!
