I dont know how you keep your kids under their blankets/covers. My 2 yr old son climbs out of his bed clothes constantly.

I tried tucking our DD in and she got caught up all tangled with her head under the blankets and woke up crying so i dont tuck her blankets in anymore. She sleeps in a singlet, pjs and a sleeping bag. I hope shes warm enough but i worry about her getting too warm!

My son is in a toddler bed so I cant put him in a sleeping bag. I have a heater in his room and put socks on him but I do wonder whether he wakes early because he is cold.

Try all in ones for bed. My dd is 5 soon and still wears them in winter. It gets cold so in winter at 2 she would have flannelette fitted sheet and pillow. Long sleeve top and tights under a nice fluffy thick all in one (target) and a blanket or 2. Has always kept her warm even if her blankets come off.
Eta - Also when sick with socks with vicks vapor run on the soles of her feet.

we were layering our 2 year old with several layers as he was kicking covers off but just discovered the bedSok this winter -it's a zip up all-in-one flannel sheet set . . so we use it and just place duvet on top. We have him in a fleece onesie and he has never slept so well
as no longer waking up cold. has anyone else tried bedSok??
