I'd definitely be asking to be reimbursed what you paid, especially as she has acknowledged that you paid for them. Rightly they now belong to you and she has a cheek to ask for them back without offer to reimburse your money. WOW that's an awkward situation to handle.

Tell her she can buy them back and meet you at the lolly pop man crossing. Talk to him before and ask him to chat to your friend as she is a little lonely. Then dump and run!

wow.. very strange. i would keep them or sell them back. Can't believe she asked for them in the first place I can understand if it was a particular item etc but for the lot. Very strange
