Obviously a stupid thing that isn't going to build self-esteem... it's going to grow a little girl who turns into a teenager and then woman, who believes that nothing other than her outer beauty (a FAKE outer beauty too, not just working with what you have) is important.

Oh, of course the kids have to have "charisma," or whatever too... but the most charismatic kid in the world who is also just not really a looker wouldn't win...

Parents who do this are idiots. Skin at that age is so sensitive and fragile, it's ridiculous to load it up with chemicals and expect it'll be fine.

Horrifying the way this world is turning out. Absolutely horrifying. Leave the poor kids alone to be kids for goodness sake.

Cutest thing ever, my nephew found the sachets of jam, honey and vegemite at the hospital. He grabbed about 4 in his little hands and brought them back. We thought it would be ok for him to play with them under our table. A few minutes later he toddles out with vegemite and strawberry jam on his hands, face and in his hair, and the most sasfied little smile on his face. That is child beauty right there, the excitement and wonder and exploring their world and painting themselves with all sorts of things. We were all glad the honey remained unopened though lol.

I have no respect for someone who does this, it is bordering on child abuse and just plain madness.

I have no words just a heavy head and heart.
