Hello I can totally relate OP! Im 24 with a 5yo girl and 8 wk old boy

Although im not in adelaide... Yet... Planning on moving to a northern suburb soon though!

What is modbury like to live in? Its seems a bit less snobby than other areas, im hoping it will be easier to find a rental there with two dogs?

I'm out west (near Semaphore) but thought I'd comment anyway.
I'm 22, and 36 weeks pregnant with our first. We don't know anyone else with kids... the closest in age to our bub would be my partner's youngest sister (who'll be almost 7 when ours is born). Am hoping we'll be able to find some other young parents once our bub is born - or at least some older parents who we don't feel out of place with.

Hey good luck TTC. Hope It all goes well for you this month I'm 10 weeks pregnant with my 4th and morning sickness has hit me hard from 4 weeks, hence why its taken me so long to reply. Finding it hard to get time to do anything at the moment. I used to live in Modbury and it was so nice there. We rented a 3 bedroom house with a nice backyard that allowed dogs for $280 per week and it was really close to shops, childcare and schools. We only moved away from the area cos we brought a house and they are a bit cheaper in Ingle farm. I think sometime down the track we will definately move back to modbury we liked it so much.
