    Hmmmm I could be wrong but I'd be reading the fine print on that one. You're meant to replace your pillow every two or three years for health reasons so I'm not sure how they can offer a lifetime guarantee

    The pillow she would be talking about would be BIOFRESH, and it's not a warranty as such but it should last you almost a life time because the innards are treated with 'biofresh' and it dosent get the yellow circles that other pillows get

    I bought a doona cover about 12 months ago and I'm not a fan, it has pilled really badly

    Yes I did contact the consultant but because it was past the 30days (I didn't open it straight away) i was told there was nothing that could be done.
