    The general lady items, maybe even an iPad for when she gets bored on long trips. And I bet she's packing heat for incase her guards become incapacitated.

    In one of my body language books it says that the queen most likely holds a bag due to it making her feel comfortable and having something to hide behind. Even the royal family gets stage fright!

    I actually wondered this and asked dh on the weekend. We thought if anything like my nanna, she'd have some leftovers wrapped in a napkin as she couldn't possibly let them go to waste (take them home and reheat for dinner )

    We were obviously at a loss

    I wonder if she does actually carry some form of self defense measures in there. Maybe not a gun but it would be sensible to be carrying *something*
