hugs, I was told the opposite.

We got baby after our 3rd stim cycle...my specialist warns that if not by cycle 3/4, it can mean there is something else wrong to look for as well.

Has your FS run some diagnostics? Are you producing good eggs, fert rates, blood disorders, nk cells?

I hope you get your bubba soon

We were told that on average most patients would get to the stage of hearing a feotal hb within three stim cycles.

My understanding is that each cycle has the same chance.
That said, if issues become apparent that have cause failed cycles then the FS can tweak dosages, add new medications and take new approaches which may then increase your individual chance.
    Hope your BFP arrives soon.

I would say it was a myth. We are up to stim 8 and still no bfp. I think each subsequent cycle offers a chance for further in derivations and a chance to rule things out, but sometimes these things just don't work.

I would also say a myth. I too was told if no baby by stim number 3 chances are lower. We conceived on stim 5

    Hi,
Yep I'm pretty sure it's myth. Now doing cycle #5 and had DS on cycle #1 so I think it's basically random and that after 3 stim cycles the cumulative statistics go up because more attempts have been made. Wishing you all the best.
