    I could live on hot chips nice fat crunchy ones gosh even skinny I'm not fussy just love hot chips.
    Pity I put on 5 kgs instantly just smelling them so I can't eat them to often
    I'm the same!!! If we go to Perth I have to stop at any roadhouse and get roadhouse chips with tomato sauce!! YUM!!

    Peasmum- sure I made it up.

    2 x packets smoked salmon
    garlic
    red onion
    chicken stock cube
    light cream
    lemons
    a chilli
    pumpkin


    1. Cut pumpkin into a regular shape roughly 4cm and roast in oven with a few garlic cloves chucked in.

    2. Dice the onion and garlic and slice chilli. Tear up the smoked salmon. Throw the onion, garlic and chilli into the pan and sauté.


    3. Cut lemon into wedges. Add smoked salmon to pan on medium heat.

    4. Squeeze in lemon juice while salmon cooking so it doesn't dry out.

    5. Add cream, heat it up then add crumbled chicken stock cube to taste plus black pepper.

    6. Allow sauce to thicken slightly and become "richer" in color and taste.

    7. Pour over pasta. And add the pieces of roasted pumpkin.

    Depending on how hot you like it, I often add a touch of tobacco to the sauce if the chilli is mild.

    I love KFC, it is my weakness. I made the decision, as my new years resolution to not eat it for a year. It's June now and I haven't caved. I'm def having it for new years lunch in 2013 and it can't come soon enough!!
