I used to express a little in the shower and then wear a tight fitting bra or two, like a sports bra. They settled pretty quickly. Good luck.

Because you are posting in the BF section, I'll ask... why do you need to stop? You said you have a good supply

The OPs other posts suggest reflux. OP if your after information on continuing breastfeeding with a baby who's going though reflux don't be afraid to ask there are a few threads around on reducing supply but you will probably find them in the bottle feeding section

Maybe you could try and keep your supply for a little while and see cause if the anti-reflux formula doesn't work you can always go back to BF...Good Luck hun!

Refux babies can certainly be breastfed if that's what you want to do.

Express until they are not painful. Gradually less and less. Good luck
