    so assume whn I arrive il be very jet lagge and not tired !

    Well if you're not used to taking sleeping pills (doctor would prob give you 10mg temaze, that's not very strong)... It might knock you out!! Haha. Since you're arriving at 10pm NY time I would sleep as much as I could on first leg and since its longest it will seem quicker. I would get on plane... Eat breakfast, maybe watch a movie... Take a pill and sleep for remainder of flight. Then I would try to stay awake for last leg to NY so you can sleep when you arrive (even taking a sleeping pill when you get to hotel or wherever you're staying).
    Just to say though, that's a system I've used for flying to and from London and to and from USA. Not everyone will agree with me or taking sleeping pills!!!
    But if you can get your body clock working on the time of your destination it usually helps with jet lag and coping!!!!
    Anyway, I hope you have a great trip!! NY is an awesome city!!! I've spent a lot of time there, my best friend married a new Yorker!!! Enjoy your trip.

    thanks il definintly try that. since I have to be up at like 3am I'm hoping I will be tired for the first leg haha !! bet it wont happen that way!!

    DH just got back and said they were great. Nice food and good service. It was an 11 hour flight for him and he had nothing to complain about.

    I work in the airline industry with Korean airlines as one of our clients and they are VERY particular about everything! So I'm thinking their inflight service would be awesome!!
