We received a letter from BM today stating what she wants for custody...
Now firstly we do not agree with what she wants at all and secondly we don't know why she has gone to a lawyer when last time we sorted out custody we just went to the family relationship centre..?!
We have over the last few months been trying to sort out the new arrangement between ourselves but we assumed the next step would be mediation.
Do we now have to get a lawyer?! We can not afford one at all
I hate custody changes everything goes from good to bad
