    Thanks everyone - managed to see the GP this evening, and she's got me on antibiotics and panadol, but other than that she was reluctant for me to take anything else

    Am keeping up with fluids, trying to get as much rest as I can (which isn't much with a sick 20 month old!)

    Hope everyone feels better soon!!

    I'm taken Lemsip - it says its safe for pregnancy and breastfeeding on the packet.
