Default landlords - what fees do you pay the realestate?

The lease on our rental is up for renewal and i am wondering if we should change real estates before it is renewed. I think we are getting ripped off in fees but am not sure what the 'norm' is.
Currently we pay 8.5% commission, $44 inspection fee, $2.20 admin fee and $300 something every time a new lease is written.

Does this sound reasonable or excessive. What fees do you get charged?

    Thanks

    I wished we charged 8.5%
We own a real estate office with about 220 landlords
In NSW standard is 7.7% ( but we will negotiate to 6.6%) first weeks rent every time a new tenant is found and $5.50 monthly statement fee, once of $88 professional photography fee , repairs/payment of bills/inspections/tenant checks etc are all included in the fee , the only extra we charge is $150 per hour if we have to go to tribunal

I am assuming that this is a residential property and not a commercial. I think that you are being charged more then most, if it was me I would be shopping around. When I was in real estate we did not charge that much.

We pay 8.5% commission, $5.50 admin per month and the equivalent of one weeks rent each time a new tenant goes in. No inspection fees. This is in south east Queensland.

9% to the agent - but no other fees. No inspection fees, no letting fee, nothing.

    And he is great.

Lol, are you my property manager?? We pay 6.6% and roughly what you listed in fees (can't remember and can't be bothered to leave my glass of red to check ). We didn't do the photography stuff though, no real need for advertising in that area due to demand.

I wouldn't pay more that 7%. I'm in north west Sydney.

Thanks for your replies. I phoned them and said we had shopped around. I also noted our contract said fees were negotiable in really tiny writing so they dropped the fees a little bit. Might try that each year. Hmmm lol
